Directorate of Accounts and Finance - Akwa Ibom State Primary Health Care Development Agency

The directorate of Accounts and Finance has the following functions:

Ensuring effective financial & accounting systems are in place and are functional.
Monitoring and control of all financial expenditure of the Agency.
Managing all funds and treasuries of the Agency.

Managing the fixed assets of the Agency and keeping relevant registers.

MFON TEDDY ESSIEN

Mfon Teddy Essien serves as the Director of the Accounts and Finance Directorate at the Akwa Ibom State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (AKSPHCDA). Mfon is a highly experienced in public finance with many years of service in accounting, financial management, and public sector administration.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Accounting and is a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria. Throughout her professional career, she has participated in numerous capacity-building programmes and specialized trainings in public financial management, due process, accountability, and the prudent management of public funds.
