The World Health Organization (WHO) graciously donated 350 tickler boxes to the Akwa Ibom State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (AKSPHCDA). The tickler boxes which were received by the Executive Secretary, Dr. (Mrs) Eno Attah was in addition to the 124 boxes earlier distributed by the organization.

The Tickler boxes are to be used to improve immunization coverage and reduce drop-out by effectively tracking defaulters. They will be distributed to all health facilities in the state providing Routine Immunization services.

The boxes were presented by the WHO State Coordinator, Dr. Sylvester Agwai, at the Primary Health Centre West Itam, in Itu Local Government Area. Also present was the Officer in Charge, Mrs. Bassey.
