A seasoned preventive medicine and public health practitioner with expertise in the promotion and provision of primary healthcare, project development & management as well as private sector engagement particularly in public health nutrition. Her values of leadership, collaboration and commitment are keys to her success.
Dr. Eno Attah attended Queen’s College Lagos and obtained both her M.B, B.S and master of public health MPH degrees from the University of Lagos. She also holds a Certificate in Social Sector Management from the Pan Atlantic University (formerly Lagos Business School), as well as certifications in Economic Evaluation in Global Health and Leadership & Management in Health from the University of Washington, Seattle USA.
She has served as Consultant/National Coordinator for Scaling up Nutrition (SUN) Business Network through the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) where she convened key private sector players onto the nutrition platform. The Executive Secretary has held other roles including consulting on Public Private Partnerships in the health sector (Anadach Group) and volunteering on a nutrition intervention project for orphans & vulnerable Children (OVC) in Akwa Ibom State (World Bank funded) on behalf of Child Development Trust, CDT, (2003-2007).
Her career with the State Government started out in St. Luke’s Hospital Anua and has spanned more than 15 years, affording her the opportunity of working across various primary healthcare facilities in quite a number of local government areas within the state. She held the post of Grants Manager, Medical Women’s Association of Nigeria (MWAN) Akwa Ibom State branch 2017-2019 Biennium. She is currently the Vice-Chairman National Association of Government General Medical and Dental Practitioners (NAGGMDP) Akwa Ibom State branch 2018-2020.
She is happily married with two children.
